All sales are final. However, if there is a problem with the purchased item at the time of delivery or if the item does not conform to the description given on the Site, the Purchaser may, as soon as possible after receipt, return the item in its original condition and packaging to the following address: 7200 Armand Viau, Quebec City, Quebec, G2C 2A7, along with a copy of the invoice showing the purchase.
If the circumstances justify it, Tanguay will apply its refund or exchange policy. In the case of a refund, the amount charged to the Buyer's credit card by Tanguay for the purchase of the returned goods will be credited as soon as possible. In the event of an exchange, Tanguay will offer the Purchaser a similar product at the same or higher cost.
