The MOVA Z70 Ultra Roller combines maximum suction power of 36,000 Pa with a HydroForce™ 2.0 roller mopping system designed to tackle stubborn dirt on hard floors. Its extra-wide 270 mm continuous roller scrubs the floor at speeds of up to 800 rpm while being continuously moistened and cleaned during operation.
Its advanced design also incorporates StepMaster™ 2.0 technology for overcoming obstacles, FlexScope™ for cleaning under low furniture, MaxiReach™ for reaching edges and AutoShield™ for protecting carpets. Its automated station handles high-temperature roller washing and fast charging to minimize manual maintenance.
The HydroForce™ 2.0 system combines spraying, scrubbing, scraping and suction in a single cleaning cycle. Constant pressure of up to 5,000 Pa, or approximately 18 N, helps loosen embedded dirt while water continuously circulates through the system.
The roller fibres are also refreshed in real time at speeds of up to 800 rpm to keep them active and maintain consistent mopping performance throughout the cleaning cycle.
The 270 mm continuous roller covers a wide area with each pass to improve mopping efficiency. Its design allows the floor to be scrubbed while simultaneously collecting dirty water and residue.
This approach helps prevent previously collected dirt from being redistributed across the floor during cleaning.
With maximum suction power of 36,000 Pa, the Z70 Ultra Roller is designed to effectively remove dust, hair and embedded debris from hard floors and carpets.
When carpet is detected, the system can also automatically increase suction power to help extract particles trapped deeper within the fibres.
The TroboWave™ DuoBrush uses a four-level anti-tangle design to guide hair and pet hair away from areas where they could accumulate around the brushes.
Its specialized geometries and bristle barriers help maintain continuous suction while reducing the need to manually remove tangled hair.
Ultrasonic sensors automatically detect carpets and adjust the robot's operation accordingly. When necessary, the mopping roller can lift by up to 13 mm and the side brush by up to 10 mm.
An extendable shield also helps prevent moisture from reaching carpets, while suction power is increased to remove dust and debris.
StepMaster™ 2.0 technology uses robotic legs capable of lifting the chassis to overcome obstacles up to 9 cm high.
This advanced mobility allows the robot to more easily cross thresholds, changes in floor level and certain household obstacles rather than having to navigate around them.
The FlexScope™ system uses a retractable DToF sensor. In open spaces, the sensor extends to provide a 360° panoramic scan of the surrounding environment.
When the robot needs to travel under low furniture, the sensor can retract to reduce the robot's height to just 96 mm, allowing it to access more hard-to-reach areas.
MaxiReach™ technology allows the cleaning components to extend toward edges to more effectively reach dust accumulated near walls, baseboards and in corners.
This extension complements the robot's cleaning path to help reduce areas left uncleaned around the perimeter of rooms.
The SmartSight system helps the robot detect objects in its path and automatically adjust its route. This allows it to navigate more effectively through areas containing furniture and various everyday obstacles.
Combined with the FlexScope™ system, it helps provide structured navigation while maintaining effective coverage throughout different areas.
After cleaning, the station handles roller maintenance to reduce the amount of manual intervention required. According to the distributor's documentation, the system uses hot water at temperatures of up to 100°C (212°F) to help dissolve grease and stubborn residue.
The station also features fast charging to reduce downtime between cleaning sessions.
The Quick Flash Charge function speeds up robot charging so it can resume cleaning more quickly when the battery is low.
The system also includes intelligent battery management designed to help maintain battery performance over the long term.
