The EuroCave Compact V259V3FG wine cellar recreates the conditions of a natural wine cellar in a design made to integrate seamlessly into kitchen cabinetry. Its single temperature zone, adjustable from 5°C to 20°C, provides stable, ventilated storage for up to 110 bottles while protecting your collection from UV light and vibration.
Controlled temperature, embossed aluminum interior walls, and a permanent air circulation system help maintain the ideal conditions for aging wine. An included humidity cassette also helps maintain proper humidity levels to protect natural corks over time.
The single storage zone can be set anywhere between 5°C and 20°C to suit your storage or serving needs. The LED touchscreen lets you easily adjust the temperature and display settings in either Celsius or Fahrenheit.
The wine cellar accommodates up to 110 bottles, depending on bottle size and arrangement. It includes 13 sliding shelves that each hold up to eight bottles, plus additional lower storage for six more bottles.
Ball-bearing sliding shelves extend smoothly for easy access to your collection. Each shelf features Main du Sommelier bottle supports that cradle bottles securely while helping reduce vibration. Soft-close operation provides smooth, effortless handling.

Multiple alarms notify you of an open door, temperature fluctuations, humidity issues, sensor malfunctions, or when the charcoal filter requires replacement. A security lock, safety thermostat, and active charcoal filter provide additional protection for your collection.
The Compact Series is designed for flush built-in installation in standard kitchen cabinetry thanks to its front-venting system. It can also be installed as a freestanding unit, while the reversible door allows greater flexibility for different room layouts.
