The inventor of the original Aerobie Flying Ring apparently has more than just one talent: he created the AeroPress, an incredible way to brew coffee! And what's even more incredible is that he even gave birth to the AeroPress World Championship and was celebrated by the specialty coffee community! And rightly so.
The AeroPress is an exceptionally forgiving and consistent way to brew excellent coffee, and is particularly useful for travel and/or coffee breaks at work. It's basically a large BPA-free plastic syringe with a filter at the end instead of a needle, and makes around 250 ml (8 oz) of coffee per serving. You can also make a stronger coffee solution and dilute it if you wish, but whichever method you choose, it takes less than a few minutes to make a delicious cup of coffee, and it's really easy to clean.
