Bianca is the spearhead of LELIT espresso machines. A real jewel that gives expert baristas absolute control over espresso extraction through manual control of water flow with the wooden paddle and parameter management with the LCC system.
Bianca has eliminated the mechanical pre-infusion present in the E61 group, replacing it with the LCC-Paddle pairing, which enables pump on and pump off times to be programmed, obtaining a constant pre-infusion pressure for a much longer duration.
In order to extract the best from each coffee variety or roasting degree, each barista can decide to modify the pump calibration (up to a maximum of 12 bar) via the adjustment screw. Pressure variation affects pre-infusion and paddle behavior.
The filter holder has a diameter of 58mm with a wooden handle and a Coffee Slide outlet that accompanies the coffee into the cup and actively contributes to the creation of the espresso. The progressive inclination, the length of the outlet and the open surfaces are masterfully balanced to obtain the best result.
All the details fitted to Bianca, such as the knobs, paddle and filter-holder handle, are made of fine walnut wood for an extremely pleasant feel and a classy aesthetic result.
