We have proudly chosen to encourage the traceability of our coffee and direct trade with the farms of Diego in Costa Rica, Carlos in Mexico and Osmin in Nicaragua by roasting their beans in this Limoilou blend.
This coffee will appeal to the curious, in search of adventure with new acidulous and fruity flavours, and will comfort lovers of classic coffee, who like it as a latté or cappuccino.
In espresso, the acidity is more present, with notes of sweet cherry. Natural Robusta (Nicaragua) gives a creamy crema. In latte or cappuccino, the acidity fades, giving way to chocolate and caramelized pecan.
In a filter, its sweet acidity tends to fade, giving way to notes of chocolate and caramel for a sweet, delicate cup.
