Description

The Miyabi Black 5000MCD is a true work of art. The blade is crafted from MC66 micro-carbide powdered steel, ice-hardened to an impressive 66 HRC, delivering an exceptionally sharp and long-lasting edge.

It is encased in 132 additional layers of steel, creating a breathtaking floral Damascus pattern. The handle is made from black ash wood, a unique material whose grain and rich color beautifully contrast with the blade’s Damascus finish.

Shaped in the traditional D-profile, the handle offers optimal ergonomics for effortless, fatigue-free cutting. Handcrafted in Seki, Japan.
