• Schedule: Set your kettle to heat to a specific temperature exactly when you need it.
• Guide Mode: Unsure where to start? Select preset temperatures for various coffee brewing methods and tea types.
• Altitude: Prevent boiling over by customizing the altitude settings for your location.
• Adjustable Hold Mode: Keep water hot for 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes—your choice.
• Chime + volume control: Turn the chime on or off, and adjust the volume to your liking.
• Units: Choose between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
• Optional pre-boil: Boil water at max temperature to sanitize before cooling to your target temperature.
• Language: Select from English, French, or Spanish.

Because wood is a natural product, it tends to dry out and warp. Wooden components exposed to high heat and humidity, such as the lid handle, can eventually dry out and crack (like repeatedly putting a cutting board in a dishwasher). To avoid this, we recommend that you periodically apply mineral oil to the lid handle once a month - and polish with a soft cloth. It's also good practice to do this whenever you notice that the wood is particularly dry.
