Bianca replaces the traditional mechanical pre-infusion of the E61 group with the innovative LCC-Paddle system, allowing you to program “pump on” and “pump off” times. This ensures a constant pre-infusion pressure over a much longer duration, delivering unparalleled consistency and flavor.
To maximize the potential of every coffee variety and roast level, the barista can calibrate the pump pressure up to 12 bars using the adjustment screw. This flexibility directly influences both the paddle’s performance and the behavior of pre-infusion.
The 58 mm portafilter, crafted with a walnut wood handle, features a Coffee Slide spout that guides espresso smoothly into the cup. Its carefully balanced slope, length, and open surfaces contribute actively to the crema and overall quality of each shot.
All visible details, including the paddle, knobs, and portafilter handle, are crafted in fine walnut wood, offering a refined tactile feel and adding a touch of timeless elegance.
