Description
Strength bands are an incredibly versatile tool for adding resistance to stretching, lifting and strength training exercises. Ideal for pull-ups and assisted dips. All bands measure 41" long and 3/8" thick. Six different widths offer a range of resistance levels.
- For use to start training for bodyweight pull-ups and add resistance for elite athletes and people over 200 pounds. Also a good choice for adding extra weight to powerlifts. Resistance 60 - 150 lbs.
