Element Fitness 0.5” ultra lightweight strength band

Strength bands are an incredibly versatile tool for adding resistance to stretching, lifting and strength training exercises. Ideal for pull-ups and assisted dips. All bands are 41“ long and 3/8” thick. Six different widths offer a range of resistance levels.

Mainly used to add resistance to stretching exercises. Resistance ranges from 5 to 35 lbs.
