When used correctly, the smart upper-arm blood pressure monitor provides blood pressure and heart rate measurements. You can take a single measurement or three consecutive measurements to obtain an average.
This compact, all-in-one device features a built-in display so you can view measurements immediately after taking them. The adjustable cuff accommodates a wide range of arm sizes, from 22 to 42 cm (9 to 17 in) in circumference, and folds for easy storage or travel.
You can use Index BPM as a standalone device or sync your measurements with your Garmin Connect account via Wi-Fi technology. You can then view your measurements, add notes, and review your history and trends alongside your other data in the Garmin Connect app on your compatible smartphone.
When you sync your measurements with your Garmin Connect account, you can view 7-day, 4-week and 1-year reports in the app and export them as PDF files.
Using the Garmin Connect app, with notifications enabled on your compatible smartphone, you can set reminders to take your blood pressure.
With the Garmin Connect app, you can create up to 16 user profiles to track individual measurements on the Index BPM device. Each user can also sync their own Garmin Connect account and view their own measurements.
The 4 included AAA batteries provide up to 9 months of battery life and can easily be replaced when needed.
