This sturdy and comfortable double pull-out bed can be used every night and is the perfect space-saving piece of furniture for any multi-purpose room.

• The Murphy bed is designed to accommodate most standard double mattresses (8 to 10 inches or 20.3 to 25.4 cm thick; 60 to 90 lbs or 20.4 to 40.8 kg; 54 x 75 inches or 137 x 190.5 cm) and can support up to 1000 lbs (453.6 kg) (including mattress weight).  Once opened, the bed requires a clearance of 87.3" (221.7 cm) from the wall. It is preferable to allow 30" (76.2 cm) to 36" (91.44 cm) of clearance around the open bed for easy movement.
• The bed box must be anchored to a wall at least 85.8" (217.9 cm) high. This double wall bed is covered by a 10 year warranty from the manufacturer, Bestar.
