The wall bed’s dual-mount anchoring system attaches to both the wall and floor for easier assembly and maximum stability and durability. The minimum wall height is 85.8 in. (217.8 cm). When open, the bed requires a clearance of 86.8 in. (220.5 cm) from the wall. Maximum weight capacity is 1,000 lb (453.6 kg), including the mattress.
To prevent the risk of injury, the bed must be secured to the wall and floor structure by a professional or qualified person. Two people are required for assembly. Installation requires attachment to wood studs or masonry, removal of the baseboard and drilling into the floor. All necessary hardware is included.
