The Bestar Pur Full Wall Bed and Storage Unit with Drawers (84W) is the ideal space-saving solution for any room. The mattress support features flexible slats that follow the curves of the body and absorb pressure for optimal comfort. The Full Wall Bed can be used every night for a good night's sleep. The wall bed raises and lowers smoothly thanks to its dual-piston mechanism.
The wall bed is designed to accommodate most standard Full mattresses (between 8 and 10 in. or 20.3 and 25.4 cm thick; between 60 and 90 lb or 27.2 and 40.8 kg; 54 x 75 in. or 137 x 190.5 cm) and supports up to 1000 lb (453.6 kg), including the weight of the mattress. When opened, the bed requires a clearance of 84.9 in. (215.6 cm) from the wall. The bed cabinet must be anchored to a wall with a minimum height of 86.4 in. (219.5 cm). Allow 30 in. (76.2 cm) to 36 in. (91.44 cm) of clearance around the open bed.
The wall bed's dual-mount anchoring system attaches to both the floor and the wall for easier assembly and maximum stability and durability.
To avoid the risk of injury, the wall bed must be secured to the wall and floor structure by a professional or qualified person. Two people are required for assembly. Installation requires anchoring to wood studs or masonry, removing the baseboard and drilling into the floor (if disassembly is required, the holes can be covered with baseboards 0.5 in./1.3 cm thick or more). All necessary hardware is included.
Do not use for children or pets weighing less than 50 lb (22.7 kg).
