Easy to use: simply pull the bed towards you to lower it using the handle and then unfold the foot on the floor. The front panel must be assembled during the last step to facilitate wall post installation.

• Designed to accommodate most double mattresses. 
• Mattress must meet the following requirements: 20.3 to 25.4 cm (8 to 10") thick. 27.2 to 40.8 kg (60 to 90 lb.) in weight. 190.5 cm (L) x 137 cm (W) (75" x 54") in size. 
• Futons are not suitable.
• Mattress is not included.
• Bed frame not required.
• A wall clearance of 85.4" is required when extended. The minimum ceiling height required is 86". A 9.8" clearance under the bed when open. 
• To raise the bed during installation, the ceiling height must be a minimum of 85", and to attach the crown moulding, you must have a minimum of 88". 
• Easy to assemble.

**To avoid any risk of injury, a professional or qualified person familiar with the wall structure, studs and components is required to install the bed. The bed can be attached to wood or metal studs and masonry wall structures; concrete screws (not included) must be used for masonry walls.
