The Bestar Nebula Full Murphy Bed with Wardrobe Cabinet (84 in.) is the ideal space-saving solution for a multifunctional room. The mattress support features flexible slats that follow the curves of the body and absorb pressure for optimal comfort. The Full Murphy Bed raises and lowers smoothly thanks to the dual-piston mechanism.
The bed is designed to accommodate most standard full-size mattresses (between 8 and 10 in. or 20.3 and 25.4 cm thick; between 60 and 90 lb or 27.2 and 40.8 kg; 54 x 75 in. or 137 x 190.5 cm) and supports up to 1,000 lb (453.6 kg), including the weight of the mattress. When open, the bed requires a clearance of 86.8 in. (220.5 cm) from the wall. The bed cabinet must be anchored to a wall with a minimum height of 85.8 in. (217.9 cm). Allow 30 in. (76.2 cm) to 36 in. (91.4 cm) of clearance around the open bed.
The closet organizer includes 2 fixed shelves and 3 adjustable/removable shelves to accommodate items of various sizes, as well as 2 closet rods, 3 drawers and 2 doors. The wall bed’s dual-mount anchoring system attaches to both the floor and wall for maximum stability and durability.
To prevent the risk of injury, the Murphy bed must be secured to the wall and floor structure by a professional or qualified person. Two people are required for assembly. Installation requires attachment to wood studs or masonry, removal of the baseboard and drilling into the floor (if disassembly is required, the holes can be concealed with baseboards that are 0.5 in./1.3 cm thick or more). All necessary hardware is included.
