• Mattress is not included. 
• Bed frame not required. 93.4" wall clearance required when deployed. 
• The minimum ceiling height required is 92". A 9.5" clearance under the bed when open.
• To raise the bed during installation, the ceiling must have a minimum height of 91", and to attach the crown moulding, it must be a minimum of 93". 
• Easy to assemble.
