• When opened, the bed requires 88.2" (224 cm) of clearance from the wall. 
• Allow 30" (76.2 cm) to 36" (91.44 cm) of clearance around the open bed for ease of movement. 
• The bed frame must be anchored to a wall at least 84.1" (213.6 cm) high. 
• Each unit includes 2 floating shelves, 2 fixed shelves, 2 adjustable shelves, and 2 drawers to store your belongings. 
• This unit is covered by a 10-year warranty from the manufacturer, Bestar.
