Unique to Elran, the gravity-powered reclining mechanism was developed by Leggett & Platt, a leader in mechanism design. This exclusive system uses premium spruce plywood, which will not warp or crack, and high-density pre-shredded foam for greater consistency, durability, and comfort.

- High-quality NO-SAG springs with added cross rods for better weight distribution.

Robust Frame
- Superior-grade spruce plywood, kiln-dried to prevent splitting and warping.
- Materials selected and combined according to use for greater strength and durability.
- Interlocking wooden parts during assembly to create a reinforced, solid structure.
- In high-pressure areas, TimberStrand® engineered wood beams are used for H-beam construction, with no loss of properties due to temperature or humidity.
- Rear L-shaped frame brace connecting the arm joint to the seat for secure blocking at the pivot point between arm and seat.
