This 36-inch professional range combines a six-burner gas cooktop with a 5.1 cu. ft. electric oven. Its dual-flame brass burners provide a wide range of heat levels for searing, boiling, simmering, or melting, while true convection with dual fans promotes even cooking throughout the oven cavity.
The cooktop features three 20,000 BTU burners, two 18,000 BTU burners, and one 9,000 BTU burner. This configuration delivers the power needed to prepare multiple dishes at once while providing precise control for more delicate cooking tasks.
The 20,000 and 18,000 BTU burners can be reduced to as low as 1,650 BTU for sauces, melting, and slow cooking. The 9,000 BTU burner lowers to 1,000 BTU, providing gentle, consistent heat for more delicate recipes.
The electronic ignition system continuously monitors the burners during cooking. If a draft or spill accidentally extinguishes a flame, the system automatically reignites it to help maintain uninterrupted cooking.
