This Thermador built-in ventilation insert lets you create a custom range hood by integrating it into a decorative enclosure or custom cabinetry. Its stainless steel finish, commercial-style baffle filters, and multi-level LED lighting complement a professional-inspired kitchen, while the separately sold blower allows the ventilation setup to be tailored to your installation requirements.
The Powerfully Quiet® system is compatible with a variety of Thermador blowers, sold separately. Choose from 700 or 1,000 CFM internal blowers, a 1,000 CFM in-line blower, or a 1,000 CFM remote blower to achieve the ideal balance of ventilation performance and installation flexibility.
Four ventilation speeds provide the airflow needed for everything from everyday cooking to high-heat searing. Automatic Mode detects changes in cooking conditions and adjusts the blower speed automatically to help manage smoke, steam, and cooking odors.
The 10-minute delay shutoff continues ventilating after cooking is complete to help clear lingering smoke and odors. The delay duration can also be customized through the Home Connect® app.
Built-in Wi-Fi lets you monitor, control, and operate the hood remotely using the Home Connect® app. Access personalized settings, receive maintenance notifications, and get reminders when it's time to clean the filters.
When paired with a compatible Thermador induction cooktop, Hood Sync automatically coordinates the hood's ventilation level with your cooking activity for effortless operation.
Two energy-efficient LED lights illuminate the cooking surface with adjustable brightness levels. Through the Home Connect® app, lighting can be dimmed anywhere from 0% to 100% to create the desired ambiance.
Durable stainless steel baffle filters are designed to withstand intensive cooking and high temperatures while efficiently capturing grease. They are dishwasher safe, and a filter-clean reminder illuminates after 40 hours of operation.
Designed to fit inside a decorative hood enclosure or custom cabinetry, this insert is suitable for both wall-mounted and island installations. Trim pieces required to complete the installation are included.
