This 24-inch built-in oven combines steam cooking and true convection in a 1.3 cu. ft. cavity. Its extensive assisted cooking programs make it easy to prepare vegetables, fish, pastries, meats, and a variety of other dishes using steam, convection, or both at the same time. A 120-volt electrical connection and integrated water reservoir allow for installation without a dedicated plumbing connection.
JennAir Assisted Cooking offers 72 preset cooking modes and seven specialized settings to simplify meal preparation. The oven automatically selects settings based on the type of food and cooking method, making it easy to take advantage of steam, convection, or a combination of both.
The Steam + Convection mode combines the moisture of steam with the circulating heat of true convection. This combination helps keep foods tender and juicy inside while promoting a crisp, roasted exterior.

The 3.5-inch full-color LCD touchscreen provides access to cooking modes, settings, and assisted cooking functions through a compact, intuitive interface. Responsive touch controls also provide quick access to the ten most recently used settings.
