5-Burner Gas Cooktop
Designed for precise control and expert cooking, the five-burner gas cooktop features sealed brass burners and an exceptionally large central burner for oversized pots and wok cooking.
The cast-iron pan supports are strong and durable, delivering long-lasting performance and excellent resistance to wear.
The five gas burners on the AGA Mercury range are topped with an enameled cast-iron flame spreader to ensure even heat distribution and retention for highly precise cooking.
Innovative Induction Technology
The AGA Mercury induction range features a five-zone extra-large ceramic glass cooktop, offering an ideal alternative to gas cooking. Induction cooking is safe and efficient, using up to 90% of the available heat compared to 55% for a gas burner. A pan detection function recognizes when cookware is placed on a zone and automatically turns it off when removed, ensuring optimal safety.
With nine power levels, the induction cooktop provides great flexibility for all types of cooking, including low-temperature cooking and simmering. Each zone also includes a boost function to quickly reach maximum heat.
