Three large-capacity ovens
The AGA ERA is equipped with two heat-storing cast-iron ovens: one for roasting and baking, the other for slow simmering. The roasting and baking oven cavity features an integrated 2.1 kW grill offering four cooking positions: upper positions for fast cooking and lower positions for slower cooking.
Behind the lower glass door is a classic convection oven with nine temperature settings and a heating time of 15 minutes. All three ovens feature large doors with magnetic closure.
State-of-the-art induction
ERA is a four-zone induction hob with simple touch control for fast, safe and energy-efficient cooking. It includes a bridging function on the left and right sides for use with a hotplate or large pans. Features also include dry boil detection, timer, pan detection, child lock, pause button and a “power boost” function that provides ten minutes of maximum power.
The iconic AGA hotplate accommodates up to four pans and can be set to boiling or simmering mode. Even the lid and handle have evolved with an elegant new geometric design in polished chrome.
