The compact upper storage bin is ideal for delicate items like peaches, cherries, cheeses, and deli foods, while the tall door bin easily accommodates large bottles and taller containers.
Pantry Mode is designed for foods that are best stored in a cool, dark environment rather than in the refrigerator. It is ideal for tropical fruits, tomatoes, bananas, bread, cereals, and other pantry staples that often end up on the countertop or in a cupboard. This setting provides optimal storage conditions to help keep these foods fresh for longer.
Wine Mode provides dedicated temperature settings designed to preserve and serve wine under optimal conditions. For long-term storage, it maintains a consistent temperature of 12°C (54°F), suitable for all wine varieties. It also offers short-term storage settings of 7°C (45°F) for white wines and 15°C (59°F) for red wines.
Chiller Mode maintains the compartment at an ideal temperature for highly perishable foods such as meat, poultry, and seafood. Keeping these foods as close as possible to their freezing point helps preserve their freshness. The compartment is set to -0.5°C (31°F), just above the freezing point of meat, to help maintain optimal storage conditions.
