Choose your own mattress, the bed is designed to accommodate most standard queen mattresses (8 to 12 in. or 20.3 to 30.5 cm thick; 70 to 90 lb or 31.8 to 40.8 kg; 60 x 80 in. or 152.4 x 203.2 cm) and supports up to 1000 lb (453.6 kg), including the mattress weight.
When opened, the bed requires 92.2 in. (234.2 cm) of clearance from the wall. Allow for 30 in. (76.2 cm) to 36 in. (91.44 cm) of free space around the open bed. The bed cabinet must be anchored to a wall with a minimum height of 91.1 in. (231.4 cm).
The Murphy bed is covered by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty from Bestar. Made in Quebec from both local and imported components.
