The unit also features a 24,000 BTU infrared burner specifically designed for rapid searing.
DCS’s exclusive Ceramic Radiant Technology uses strategically placed ceramic rods between the burners and the cooking grate. These elements distribute intense, even heat across the entire cooking surface, ensuring consistent temperatures and perfect searing no matter where food is placed on the grill.
The main cooking surface spans 590 cm² and includes reversible cast stainless steel grates. One side is gently curved for handling delicate fish and vegetables, while the other is designed to sear meats and steaks, capturing juices and creating distinctive grill marks.
