The 16GB of DDR5 RAM running at 4800 MHz provides ample memory for working with multiple applications simultaneously. This amount of memory helps maintain smooth performance during multitasking without constantly having to close background programs.
The 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD provides practical storage space for documents, applications, photos, and multimedia files while ensuring fast startup times and responsive data access.
The integrated microSD card reader also makes it easy to transfer files or use a compatible memory card for additional storage.
The 16-inch display features WUXGA resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a 16:10 aspect ratio. This format provides more vertical space than a traditional 16:9 Full HD display, making it particularly convenient for documents, spreadsheets, and web pages.
The IPS panel offers wide viewing angles, while the matte ComfyView finish helps reduce glare. The display features a 60Hz refresh rate and a rated brightness of 300 nits.

They are suitable for everyday computing and light entertainment, although this laptop is not designed for high-performance gaming or specialized graphics work.
The 2-megapixel Full HD webcam makes online meetings, virtual classes, and video calls convenient. A physical privacy shutter slides over the camera when it is not in use, providing an additional layer of privacy.
Built-in digital microphones and stereo speakers also support audio and video communication without requiring additional peripherals.
Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) compatibility provides access to modern wireless networks when used with a compatible router. Integrated Bluetooth also makes it easy to connect a wireless mouse, headphones, speaker, or other accessories.
The Gateway 16 features four USB ports, including one USB-C port and three USB-A ports. The USB-C port supports DisplayPort video output and USB Power Delivery with a compatible adapter.
An HDMI output allows you to connect an external monitor, television, or projector, while a microSD card reader and a combined headphone and microphone jack complete the selection of connections.
The hinge allows the display to open up to 180 degrees, letting the laptop lie completely flat. This design provides greater flexibility when sharing on-screen content during collaborative work or simply adjusting the screen angle to suit your environment.
The full-size keyboard includes a dedicated numeric keypad, making data entry, spreadsheet work, and accounting tasks more convenient. The precision touchpad supports Windows multi-touch gestures for easy navigation.
The 58Wh battery delivers a rated battery life of up to 8 hours, depending on usage conditions. The included 65W USB-C adapter charges and powers the laptop through its USB-C port.
Despite its 16-inch display, the laptop weighs approximately 3.75 lb (1.7 kg) and measures about 0.74 inches thick. This makes it easy to carry between home, school, and the office.
