The offset 400 smoker is constructed of 2mm / 14 gauge steel with a 500 square inch main cooking area and heavy duty cast iron cooking grates. The ventilation system includes a chimney-style chimney with Roto-Draft™ damper technology. 

Also includes dual-purpose smoke-diffusing charcoal trays and a removable ash pan in both cooking chambers.
