Delivery and installation of the sauna

• Free delivery is provided directly by the manufacturer, Saunaspa. 
• You must prepare the installation area and ensure proper access as outlined in the delivery and installation instructions.
• On delivery day, please ensure someone is present to receive and sign for the shipment. The sauna arrives fully assembled.
• A $400 fee payable to Saunaspa will apply if access is not suitable, requiring on-site assembly.
• The supplier, Saunaspa, will contact you within 48 to 72 business hours after your purchase to schedule delivery.
