With the Cold Brew specialties, it opens up a whole new world of coffee pleasure. These innovations are made possible by the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.), which recognises the selected speciality and adjusts the grinding fineness precisely in a flash.

JURA has also developed the Cold Extraction Process, a new refreshing process in the literal sense of the word. Cold water is injected through the freshly ground coffee in slow, high-pressure pulses. 

The result is a totally new, refreshing, energising coffee with a wonderfully balanced aroma.
