It has two sides, one smooth and one textured.The smooth side is perfect for stir-frying and frying, while the textured side offers a non-stick surface with a ROCK.TEC surface treatment, which makes it easy to flip burgers or other foods without sticking.

The ultra-thick cast aluminium design heats quickly and evenly. You can use this reversible griddle on your stovetop, in your oven, or on your open cooktop.
