The Evolution Mini 6P offers all the advantages of a compact design while providing a capacity better suited for meals with family or friends. The set includes a 2 L stainless steel pot, an electric base, six perforated stainless steel baskets, a hanging ring and a detachable magnetic power cord. Each 175 ml basket allows food to be immersed directly in the broth, while the patented hanging ring holds the baskets in place during cooking or draining.
