The JURA Z10 expands your coffee-making possibilities with 40 hot, cold, and milk-based specialties accessible through its colour touchscreen. Its Product Recognising Grinder automatically adjusts the grind fineness according to the selected beverage, while the Cold Extraction Process prepares authentic Cold Brew coffee using cold water pulsed at high pressure.
The Z10 prepares a wide selection of beverages, including espresso, coffee, Americano, lungo, cortado, cappuccino, flat white, and latte macchiato. Many of these recipes are also available in Cold Brew, Sweet Foam, or Extra Shot versions, making it easy to explore different flavours and intensities.
The Cold Extraction Process uses cold water pulsed at high pressure and a specially adjusted grind to extract coffee aromas without hot brewing. This allows you to prepare refreshing Cold Brew specialties directly, without having to cool previously brewed coffee.
The P.R.G. grinder recognizes the selected specialty and automatically adjusts the grind fineness in fractions of a second. It adapts the grind to short coffees, longer beverages, and Cold Brew recipes, while the Aroma Selection function offers five grind settings.
The eighth-generation brewing unit uses 3D technology to distribute water evenly through the ground coffee at multiple levels. It accommodates 5 to 16 g of coffee and helps develop the aromas of both hot coffee specialties and Cold Brew beverages.
The Sweet Foam function allows you to flavour milk foam during preparation using the included syrup container. It makes it easy to create lightly sweetened variations of cortado, espresso macchiato, café au lait, cappuccino, flat white, and latte macchiato.
The 4.3-inch colour touchscreen and rotary switch make navigating beverages and settings easy. Coffee specialties can be customized, rearranged, or duplicated to tailor the interface to each user's preferences.
The amount of water, coffee strength, grind fineness, and quantities of milk or milk foam can all be adjusted. The machine offers ten coffee strength levels, three brewing temperatures, ten temperature settings for milk and milk foam, and three hot water temperatures.
The One-Touch function automatically cleans the milk system. Integrated programs also simplify rinsing, cleaning, and descaling, while the machine monitors the drip tray and automatically detects the CLARIS Smart+ filter cartridge.
The included Wi-Fi Connect module connects the Z10 to your home network and allows you to operate it using the J.O.E. app on a compatible mobile device. Coffee specialties can be selected and customized directly through the app.
