The 30-inch Café CC2S900P3MD1 slide-in dual-fuel range combines a six-burner gas cooktop with a 5.7 cu. ft. electric oven. This configuration provides instant flame control on the cooktop along with the precision of True European Convection for oven cooking.
Its edge-to-edge cooktop, powerful 21,000 BTU tri-ring burner, integrated cast-iron griddle, and warming drawer provide plenty of versatility for preparing multiple dishes at once. The oven also features No Preheat Air Fry, a temperature probe, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
The spacious gas cooktop features six sealed burners designed to handle everything from gentle simmering to high-heat searing. The front-left tri-ring burner delivers up to 21,000 BTU for powerful performance while providing precise heat control.
The 15,000 BTU front-right burner helps bring liquids to a boil quickly, while the 5,000 BTU rear-left burner is particularly well suited to sauces and foods that require gentle heat. Two centre burners provide additional flexibility when preparing larger meals.
Three heavy-duty cast-iron grates cover nearly the entire cooking surface, making it easy to move cookware from one burner to another. Their edge-to-edge design also allows you to make efficient use of the full width of the range.
