The induction cooktop uses electromagnetic heating, inducing the pan itself to heat up rather than the burner. This method uses 90% of the available heat compared to only 55% with a gas burner. Plus, it makes for a safer cooking experience. The 5 heating zones offer a power range of 1,400 to 3,700 watts.
Built-in pan recognition sensors automatically turn off the burners when not in use, saving energy and increasing safety.
With 3 ovens offering a combined capacity of 6.0 cu. ft. you can now bake, broil meats and keep finished dishes warm in their own oven, ALL at the same time!
Choose from 7 cooking modes across all 3 ovens for ultimate cooking versatility. Cooking modes include defrost, convection, convection broil, fan-assisted, conventional, browning and basic heat.
