The 36” AGA Elise induction range features a large multi-function oven with seven settings, including European double convection cooking, fan-assisted cooking, browning, defrosting and serving, convection grilling, reheating and conventional cooking.

The glass-ceramic cooking surface with five induction burners and integrated capacitive touch controls efficiently uses, transfers and captures 90% of the energy generated, compared to only 55% with a traditional gas burner.
