The Mercury 36” induction model features an extra-large 7-mode multifunction oven with European double convection cooking, convection-assisted cooking, browning, defrosting to serve, convection toasting, reheating and conventional cooking with true European double convection.

The glass-ceramic cooktop with 5 induction elements and integrated capacitive touch controls efficiently uses, transfers and captures 90% of the energy generated, compared to only 55% with a traditional gas burner.
