The AGA Elise 48” induction model includes three separate ovens. The first is a multi-function electric oven with seven settings, including true European double convection baking, convection-assisted baking, browning, defrosting and serving, convection broiling, reheating and conventional baking.
A second European convection oven offers the possibility of cooking several large dishes at once using different heating modes and temperatures, while a third oven with dedicated slide-out grill allows dedicated top broiling.
The glass-ceramic cooktop with five induction elements and integrated capacitive touch controls efficiently uses, transfers and captures 90% of the energy generated, compared with just 55% with a traditional gas burner.
