The 36” AGA Elise features a large multi-function oven with seven settings, including true European double convection baking, convection-assisted baking, browning, defrosting and serving, convection broiling, reheating and conventional baking.
The induction model features a glass-ceramic hob with five induction elements and integrated capacitive touch controls that efficiently use, transfer and capture 90% of the energy generated, compared to just 55% with a traditional gas burner.
