This 30" gas cooktop features a fully integrated downdraft system that does not require a separate hood. The cooktop features a 17,000 BTU professional burner suitable for both high temperature cooking and delicate simmering. The 5,000 BTU Even-Heat® simmer burner allows for precise melting and simmering, and the 300 CFM blower takes care of the fumes.
