Our Element iQ system algorithms direct power where and when it's needed for optimal cooking performance. Innovative cavity design using sensors, PID temperature control and optimised baffle technology - the system adjusts the heating elements and the wattage of each to ensure that your chosen pizza is baked to perfection.
CONDUCTIVE HEAT FOR BASIC LOAD CONTROL
The independently controlled dynamic platform is designed to sit directly above the reactive incoloy heating elements. The natural cordierite stone is heated quickly and evenly to maintain the right temperature, baking the pizza base to the desired finish, with the right amount of charcoal for the classic wood-fired finish.
RADIANT HEAT FOR LEOPARD SPOTTING CRUST
Intense radiant heat is evenly controlled by Breville's patent-pending heating elements so you no longer need to rotate food during cooking. Parabolic heat-intensifying reflectors maximize the effectiveness of the top heating elements by reflecting energy back onto the crust. Integrated bridge design at the door brings the pizza closer to the elements and makes loading and unloading easier.
