Enjoy rich, detailed personal audio with the Sonos Ace Ultra. Each earcup features a custom-designed 40 mm Sonos driver that delivers deep bass and clear detail, even as the volume changes. The headphones also support spatial audio, Dolby Atmos and lossless audio with compatible devices and content.
Adaptive Noise Cancellation
Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation continuously analyzes your surroundings and adjusts its performance based on changes in fit caused by factors such as head movement, glasses or hair. Sonos states that it provides up to twice the active noise cancellation of the Sonos Ace at frequencies up to 65 Hz. Aware mode lets in ambient sound when you want to stay aware of your surroundings.
Sound That Adapts to Your Listening
Adaptive EQ continuously measures the seal and fit of each earcup to adjust the sound in real time. The Sonos app also lets you customize bass, midrange and treble using a 3 or 8-band equalizer.
High-Resolution and Lossless Audio
The Sonos Ace Ultra supports SBC, AAC and aptX Adaptive Lossless codecs. Lossless audio is available over Bluetooth with Qualcomm aptX on a compatible device or through a USB-C connection, helping preserve more detail from compatible sources.
A Personal Home Theatre Experience
With a compatible Sonos soundbar, pressing the Content Key transfers TV audio to the Sonos Ace Ultra. TrueCinema adjusts the experience based on your room and compatible soundbar, while dynamic head tracking helps create a more realistic and immersive listening experience.
Sonos Link for Moving from Room to Room
Sonos Link, available in early access, lets you transfer music between the headphones and compatible Sonos products using the Content Key. At home, the headphones can also be controlled through the Sonos app and stream music over Wi-Fi from compatible services and stations. This feature requires a compatible Sonos speaker, Wi-Fi and setup in the Sonos app.
Clearer Calls
Ten microphones are used for noise cancellation, calls, Aware mode and TrueCinema. During calls, beamforming microphones isolate your voice and filter out background noise to improve conversation clarity. Sidetone also helps your voice sound natural during calls, even when Active Noise Cancellation is enabled.
Comfort Designed for Long Listening Sessions
Soft foam cushions, independently rotating earcups and an adjustable headband provide a comfortable fit and a stable acoustic seal. The ear cushions and battery can also be replaced to help extend the life of the headphones, with replacement parts sold separately.
Up to 35 Hours of Battery Life
The rechargeable 1,060 mAh lithium-ion battery provides up to 35 hours of listening with Active Noise Cancellation or Aware mode enabled. When the battery is completely depleted, a three-minute quick charge can provide up to three hours of listening. A full charge can take up to three hours.
Intuitive Controls
The Content Key on the right earcup lets you adjust the volume with a swipe, control playback and manage calls. A separate button lets you switch between Active Noise Cancellation and Aware mode and activate the voice assistant. The Power/Bluetooth button lets you turn the headphones on, pair new devices and switch between Bluetooth sources.
