Ender-3 V3 3D Printer
The Creality Ender-3 V3 CoreXZ Bedslinger 3D printer is now available. You can now print patterns at a maximum speed of 600 mm/s and a maximum acceleration of 20,000 mm/s. A Benchi will print in 13 minutes using Creality Hyper PLA filament.
The printer incorporates many well-thought-out supports. The CoreXZ design features 2 high-torque motors working in unison to support fast movements. The unique aluminum dicast metal frame and base ensure stability.
Belt jams or slippage are a thing of the past, as XZ timing belts are automatically tensioned. Thanks to precise linear rods and timing belts, the Z axis can be positioned more precisely, minimizing the occurrence of Z-bands and oscillations.
The printhead rests on lightweight 10 mm linear rods. The Ender-3 V3's direct-drive extruder is reinforced by a reinforcing spring and a ball plunger. It grips the filament firmly.
A powerful ceramic heater surrounds the hot end and can completely melt ABS, PETG and other high-temperature filaments.
The nozzle heats from 0 to 300 degrees Celsius.
There are 2 cooling fans, one at the front and one at the back of the printhead. This ensures that prints don't fall, warp or stretch.
The hot end features a quick-change tri-metal "unicorn" nozzle. The copper nozzle with durable steel tip is integrated with a titanium alloy heat breaker.
The heat shield prevents thermal creep.
The nozzle can be easily replaced.
There are 2 stepper motors, one on the left and one on the right at the base of the machine, to power the movement of the Z and X axes.
Assembly takes just 10 minutes, as the Ender-3 V3 arrives in highly pre-assembled modules.
To calibrate automatically, simply press and go, no paper or screw adjustments required.
The HD touchscreen measures 4.3" with a transparent tactile response. It has HD resolution.
The PEI-coated plate makes it sticky to printed models in a variety of materials.
The spring steel base lets you release models with a slight curvature.
The Ender-3 V3 has input shaping, auto-leveling, WiFi connectivity, power loss recovery, runout sensor, option to add an AI camera, USB/WLAN/Creality Cloud file transfer, new high-speed direct-drive extruder, maximum heated bed temperature of 110 degrees Celsius.
Compatible file formats for cutting are STL, OBJ and 3MF.
