The K2 Plus is the first desktop 3D printer to feature industrial-grade FOC stepper motors for the XYZ axis and extrusion. The five powerful motors work in unison, each providing 32,768 microsteps per revolution * for ultra-precise positioning. This takes print performance to the next level.
Distribution belts can loosen over time, leading to poor print quality and accuracy. On the K2 Plus, the belt tension is actively controlled and adjusted by a pressure sensor rather than manually. Now, belt tension is one less thing to worry about.
Hardened steel gears ensure superior durability. No issues with repeated filament entry and exit.
The cooling airflow for parts is almost doubled thanks to two auxiliary cooling fans installed on the left and right sides of the chamber. The shapes and styles of your model will be defined before any warping or stringing can occur.
Thermal, motion, extrusion, and leveling systems are all equipped with sensors. Everything is automated and closely monitored. If any irregular activity is detected, the sensors will immediately alert you.
