Preserve the properties of your filaments and improve printing consistency with the Creality Space Pi. This filament dryer removes moisture that has accumulated in the filament, which can cause unwanted stringing, clogging, poor adhesion, or layer shifting. The filament can remain inside the unit during printing to help minimize the effects of ambient humidity on the final result.
Even Hot-Air Heating
The 80 W PTC heating system uses a fan to circulate hot air 360 degrees around the spool. This circulation helps distribute heat evenly and dry the filament effectively, unlike heating systems that concentrate heat on a single surface.
Settings for Different Filaments
Preset temperature settings allow you to quickly select drying conditions for up to 12 types of filament, including materials such as PLA-CF, PA-CF, and ASA. The temperature can also be manually adjusted from 45 to 70°C to suit the requirements of the material being used.
Easy Monitoring with Touchscreen Display
The 3.7 in LCD touchscreen makes it easy to adjust and monitor drying conditions. The unit displays the internal temperature and humidity level in real time, allowing you to easily monitor the filament throughout the drying cycle.
Timer Up to 48 Hours
The heating time can be set from 0 to 48 hours to adapt the cycle to the type of filament and its moisture level. After a power interruption, the memory function retains the material and temperature settings, allowing you to resume operation more quickly without having to reconfigure everything.
Versatile Compatibility
The Space Pi supports both 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm filaments. It can therefore be integrated into different 3D printing setups and used with both common materials and select high-performance composite filaments.
