The Zedbed Z-Contour set combines a motorized adjustable base with the Breeze mattress to create a sleep environment that adapts to both rest and everyday activities. The base lets you adjust your position using a wireless remote, whether you are sleeping, reading, watching television or using a tablet, while the Breeze mattress features a ventilated construction and materials designed to promote support and temperature regulation.
The Z-Contour base is equipped with two independent motors offering a total lifting capacity of 1,000 lb. Its European-style motor is designed for quiet operation, while the wireless remote makes it easy to adjust the bed's position to suit your needs.
The 3-in-1 legs allow you to adjust the height of the base to 2, 6 or 8 in. The Z-Contour can also be used directly on the floor, on a slatted bed or on a platform bed, just like a conventional box spring. A system also allows the bed to be lowered in the event of a power outage or an issue with the remote control.
The 9 in Breeze mattress features several elements designed to promote airflow and temperature control. It includes two cooling covers: a removable zippered cover that allows you to adjust the level of cooling and a second cover featuring 40 ventilation channels. A side band also helps optimize airflow. Both covers are made with cooling fibres and are cool to the touch to help dissipate body heat.
Zedbed's exclusive VX material combines the comfort of memory foam with the support of high-density foam. Infused with coconut charcoal and perforated, it does not react to body heat or room temperature, helping maintain consistent comfort from season to season. PERFOR-PRO® perforation technology allows air to circulate more freely while helping maintain an optimal body temperature.
The mattress incorporates two sets of temperature-regulating CLIMAT® centigrade strips: three strips in one section and two in another. Strategically positioned and infused with graphite, they help maintain an optimal temperature inside the mattress.
The Breeze construction combines ventilated Talalay latex and ventilated Dunlop latex. The high-density latex instantly returns to its original shape for a quick response to movement. The Dunlop latex also features PERFOR-PRO® perforation, which promotes increased airflow while helping regulate temperature.
The mattress's articulated base features a latex centre third to provide enhanced lumbar support where body weight is most concentrated. Ventilation channels promote airflow, while reinforced sides help improve mattress support and stability.
The construction rests on a Celcar base made from renewable soy extracts and designed to provide enhanced support.
