This thermal convection electric oven from Viking includes 2 full-extension TruGlide racks, a digital clock, a meat probe and a self-cleaning function.

Additional features include a 10-pass cooking element for easy cleaning, a 10-pass broiler with heat reflector, two halogen oven lights, a kitchen timer and delay cooking functions.

The digital display indicator beeps to alert you when a preset cooking time has elapsed. When using the meat probe, the timer sounds and the oven switches off when the desired internal cooking temperature is reached.
