It cooks and roasts food slowly at low temperatures and offers 2 settings.

The 2 humidity settings allow you to precisely control the softness or crispness of dishes by opening or closing the air slots in the door. One special setting keeps the moisture in the drawer to keep food tender and moist while another special setting allows steam and moisture to escape from the drawer to keep the outside of your cooked food crisp.
